The OPP have released a photo of the 401 close to Culloden Rd in Ingersoll of a multi-vehicle accident as a reminder to slow down or stay at home unless it is necessary to travel. The OPP did not indicate if anyone was injured or how many vehicles were involved. The 401 westbound lanes are closed.
“I saw many transport truck drivers driving at or in excess of 100 km/h this morning while I was responding to other collisions. This driving behavior needs to change or the collisions will continue to happen!”, said Sgt. David Rektor of the OPP.
The snow is expected to stop this afternoon according to Environment Canada
